Spotter Connect Terms of Service

Spotter Connect is a verified fitness matching app for clean workouts, respectful dating, and real friendships in Canada and the United States. This is a launch draft for legal review.

Who can use Spotter Connect

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Spotter Connect is launching for Canada and the United States only.
• You must use your own identity, photos, and account details.

Account and verification

• Spotter Connect requires a paid membership, government ID, live selfie, location, and three approved public photos before Explore, likes, matches, or messaging are available.
• You must upload two clear face photos and one full-body photo. Your face must be visible in every photo, and all photos must show the person confirmed by the verified ID and live selfie.
• We may reject, pause, limit, or remove accounts that appear fake, unsafe, fraudulent, outside the launch countries, underage, or in violation of these terms.

Community rules

• Spotter Connect is not for hookups, sexual solicitation, throuples, group sex requests, spam, paid companionship, bots, scams, fake accounts, harassment, hate, threats, or illegal activity.
• Report and block anyone who violates the rules.

Matching, location, and payments

• Spotter Connect does not provide free or anonymous browsing. An active paid membership and all required safety checks are required.
• Location services are required for Explore matching. Members choose a maximum radius of 25, 50, 75, or 100 km.
• Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Account controls

• You can log out, pause your profile, take a break, or request account deletion from settings.
• If you delete the app from your device, your subscription may still need to be cancelled through Apple or Google.
